went for a run on Monday, just over 7 miles -felt good and should have been faster. still, knocked 2 mins of my best time for the route, so can’t really complain!

Saturday Run

went for a 5k run whilst my little girl cycled alongside me! we both thoroughly enjoyed it, and it wasn’t too slow a run…

Friday’s Run

Didin’t run today - didn’t get to sleep til gone 1, and didn’t fancy getting up at 5:15, and then doing a 7 mile run, and then a full day’s work!

will go for a run in the morning instead.
